Ethan and his baby

We got Ethan this baby girl doll a few months ago to get him used to the idea of a baby. Lately he really loves to play with her. He's even asked to take her to bed a few times. We think it's pretty cute :) One day when he's older he'll be so mad at me for posting these pics ;)

Talking to his baby
Laughing with his baby
Kissing his baby
Carrying her around
And of course, running his car over her head :) I think this is my favorite.

Hopefully he'll love his real baby sister even more :)

Those are adorable! We got Breven a baby before Aubree was born too and a stroller to push her in.

Such a great idea to give him a baby to practice with!

Don't tell Ethan but Jonathan has a baby doll at his grandma's house and he isn't even getting a brother or sister soon AND a tea set. a PINK tea set. It hasn't slowed down any of his boy destruction yet! :0)

That is really cute. We did the same thing with Hannah before our youngest was born and I think it helped her understand a little bit more.

The picture of him with the truck on the doll is just priceless. :)

I got my older son a doll before his brother was born and let him pick preemie clothes for it and he would push it in a stroller
Ethan is a very cute little boy

ok so Seth has a baby he carries around (he's 5) he named him baby Marcus. the doll is dirty, has no clothes and his head gets smooshed all the time, but he loves that doll. I say go for it, maybe they will have more compassion when they are grown!;)

Hi Jessica,

It's me again. I have a Q for you. I was wondering if you would share with me how to make bullets on your blog? I've seen you do it before, and I found a website that says to holddown the Option key and hit the astericks button, but I do not see an option key on my keyboard. Am I just not seeing that button, or is there another way?

You can email me the answer if you want or just reply on one of our blogs. Thank you! jghass2820@sbcglobal.net
